We source our Tempranillo from Clarksburg, an island on the Sacramento Delta, which we have found to provide beautifully aromatic wines from this Mediterranean grape. The vineyards in this location enjoy the heat of the Central Valley with the evening cooling influences from the Delta, giving this thin-skinned variety nice structure and balanced acidities.
