The 2010 Orsianna Merlot comes from our 250-acre Estate vineyard in Healdsburg. The unique soil and growing climate of Sonoma have resulted in producing in an elegant and beautifully balanced Merlot. Aged in neutral American oak barrels for 18 months, the 2010 is drop-dead gorgeous with its inky black fruit notes and lovely spice box aromatics. Inspired by the great Right Bank Bordeaux of France, this Merlot offers up succulent notes of cassis, black plum, cigar smoke, dusty cherry, darkly roasted coffee beans and savory spice.
